Worst customer interaction ever

So I walked into a Chats cellular Vodacom branch in Stellenbosch square with my uncle and was told only one person per consultant is allowed in the store. Keep in mind that when I walked in a consultant was busy with a customer and one available to service my uncle. I briefly took a walk and came back to the store to have a look at items and was told to leave the store as I mentioned I was with my uncle, at this point my uncle was the only customer in the store and there was three consultants inside. What kind of stupid rules do you have as it chases away any potential customers. I am mindful of the pandemic but if there is ample space in the store to accommodate social distancing why chase people away. Please education your staff properly.
