Website Deal but Store Does not Know !!!!

On the 12/05/2019 I went to the website www.chatzconnect.co.za to view the deals. On the website banner pages it displayed the deal on the S10+ 4G +Samsung A50 4G plus Powerbank for R799 per month over 24 months. Smart data 1Gig package. I was happy with the offer and went to the store to get the deal. I went to Chatz connect in Greenstone Mall. At the shop they did not know what I was talking about, when I showed the website was confused. This is ridiculous your stores do not know what is advertised on the website. I want the deal as advertised on the website. I have the screenshot of the actual deal. Please refer to Section 30 of the CPA on advertising. Please note I am also willing to take this in a legal route. Contact me urgently on ********** 121
