Chatz Connect Waverley Plaza I send an online query to the Chatz Connect in Jacaranda Centre on tuesdday afternoon after not hearing anything from the Jacaranda branch I contacted the waverley branch . I asked about a certain laptop contract deals where i got feedback that they were out of stock but here is la list on what they can get but there is limited stock . I chise two from the list and asked them to confirm stock availabilty so that we can start the applictaion process .

Today thursday 8 of Feb after not hearing anything from them i went to another store and got feedback that chatz already started the apllication i had to pay in R5000 rand to get the contract .

I never gave chatz my ID nor my payslips or my bank statements . so how did they apply for a contract what details did they gave them ?????

and still they have not comunicated anything to me .
