Waiting 2 weeks for activation of contract

I took out a Red premium contract for my business on the 17th of August @ Chatz Kathu, Northern Cale. The contract consists of unlimited call and 10GB data, a Samsung S8, Samsung J5prime with a additonal R110 airtime per month for 24 month and a doxking station.

I waited untill the Monday ,21st August, for it to be aproved. I only recieved the S8. My unlimited sim could not be activated due to the J5 not being available. O have to date not recieved anything and according to the store clerk, Sumsang is still making them. I am paying between R100 and R200 worth of airtime per day. We follow up daily and are really dissapointed at the poor performance.
