Vodacom #sucks#

I took a contract with vodacom about 4 months ago. I only had the cellphone for a month and a half then the screen gave me problems. I then took the phone back to Chatz Cellular- Vodacom Middelburg. Chatz really did try their best - Faisel Gani who works there, is an awesome owner and really trying his very best. They sent my phone to Vodacom repairs and they refused to fix my phone- as it actually was a technical problem- and said that I had dropped the phone and the screen broke, if I dropped my phone the screen would have cracked, or any physical damage would have been noticed? They sent my phone back 4 times without anything done, and said I had to pay R1800 before they can fix it. I am still paying my installment every month and still I do not have a phone!!!!!

I really hope that Vodacom would get their facts and profession up to date because I am now really tired of asking them and getting nothing out of them!!!!!
