Vodacom ***** on my account

Someone did an upgrade using my old ID (The green barcoded) and I have a smart card ID, they changed my picture on that ID and took 3 phone 1Samsung Fold and 2 A33 Samsung. I submitted my Affidavit from the Police station with a signed Identity document. And it's been more that 14 days and Vodacom ***** has not responding. I have phoned on the Vodacom and they say they do not have a direct line to the ***** department. Vodacom pls do something about this. Please check where these phones were delivered and the cellphone these people registered is not mine.
