Vodacom Chatz Tygervalley - poor customer service

Chatz Tygervalley does not call back when they say they will. After 6 weeks still waiting to get my upgrade phone after I sent it back because the Huawei P40 Lite could not run certain of the apps like my old phone and I took it back a day after my upgrade in return for a Samsung. The Huawei P40 Lite was booked for OBF (assessment) 6 weeks ago and still waiting to get my upgrade phone. Poor customer service. I really would just like to get back to my normal way of life and have a phone I can use with everything I used to have on it.
