Vodacom Chatz, Pick n Pay centre, Carletonville is issuing ********** contracts
BEWARE
Chatz cellular, Pick n Pay centre, Carletonville is issuing contracts to customers without their consent.
This has now become a tennis match between the Chatz store and Vodacom and as usual the customer has to sort out the mess.

27 Nov 2019, 10:24To date, I have spoken to several persons at Chatz/Vodacom...
William, Havashka, Anele...These guys are kind of like our government...Lots of promises and no action.
I received a call this morning from *****do Mkhithika (Noni), Executive Client Liaison Officer
Chief Executive Office who is questioning me as the customer as to how a phone was issued to me without any documentation...Why don't i have signed copies of the contract...Really?
Is Vodacom that pathetic?...and that at CEO level.
My request is simple...Kindly furnish me with a signed contract document which shows that I am bound by the same. You cant...Can you?
