I received a call from Esmeralda a week ago and she advised me that I'm due for an upgrade on three of my contacts. I said it is fine and I want two A72 handsets and one A52 handset on my upgrade, she advised that there is no stock but she will sort it out a s a p .A week later she contacted me and advised my handsets arrived and paper work already done so I can just pop in and sign and all sorted, Just want to say thank you Esmeralda for excellent customer service and friendliness.
