Vodacom

I sent my phone for screen repairs at the vodacom shop and they took it to the repairs shop at Potch. It costed me about R1426 to fix the screen and I was told to pay the money same day to Hicell V-shops and I did. Till this day I haven't received my phone back it was takes for repairs in the 14th of June. I was told someone stole the phone at the shop after they were done with the repairs, they told me they will replace the phone and give me the after a few days they said they said they will give me money. Till this day I haven't received anything, I am writing this review in hopes of getting a solution soon because I have been waiting for too long next week I will be turning 3 moths without a phone. The inconvenience this has caused is me too much because I am student, I have assignments to submit every now and then. I ahbe portfolios and in two weeks I am writing my exams I still don't have a phone.
