Unhappy

I had a phone that I took there for repair on a screen. The first time we had to send it back because the guy didn't fix it nicely, there were a white spot on the screen, the second time the were stripes on my screen, now the screen pulls away, now they don't want to fix the phone because the warranty expired, how can a person do people in like that, they must remember, what you do to others will come back to you x7
