Unfunctional phone for 3 years / Horizon View Chatz

Hi

I purchased a 2 for one deal huawei and the whole process was a drag the consultant did follow up, never bothered to call me back they were too busy, then eventually the contract was approved after almost 3 weeks of back and forth even with the store Manager.

The consultant informed me that the software was different and that everything will still be working fine irrespective. I then received the phones after having endless problems with the delivery as well.

But the phone dont have NFC and as a women in South Africa I do not walk around with my bank cards and any form of cash due to my previous terrifying experiences, I then contacted the consultant and informed him about my issue and asked him to assist with just the one phone, they collected the phone and 2 weeks later then declined to swop the phone for one that will suit my needs but I had to call after him the whole process.

I refuse to pay for a phone for the next 3 years because I sent it back with in the 7 day return policy time, a phone that does nt provide me with a basic functionality its a *******, what phone new phone does nt have NFC function really.

So I suggest that they swop the phone 1 phone and give me a phone with NFC even if it means i should pay a extra amount on my monthly installment as the phone is still brand new and I only had it for less then 7 days.

Or cancel the contract completely and pay the penalty. Because I am not going to purchase a car with no seats really.
