Unacceptable customer service

Herewith I would like to inform you that I am not happy with your service level at Chatz Tygervalley branch received today.

Yesterday when I signed a new contract it was all smiles but today when i want to return and cancell the new contract i am not even getting any recognition from your store manager. Her service level and attitude forwards me as a customer is unacceptable. I seems like she is not following procedures and not willing to assist me.

I have made several phone calls to your call centre and also vodacom and i need to understand why i am not getting assistance from your store and not being treated professionally...... It seems to be a simple painless process although she is finding al sorts of excuses as to why it cannot be done immediately.

I am not happy with the service received from the store.
