time taken to repair phone

On the 16/10/2015 I took my phone in for repairs ( soft ware problem ). Was told I could collect the phone in 10 working days. On the 30/10 I was told that the phone had not returned from the service centre and wad told to collect the phone the following week. On the 06/11 I was told that the phone still had not returned. On the 12/11 I was told that the phone was in a ram delivery vehicle that was highjacked and told I could collect a replacment phone on Monday the 16/11. When I got to the shop I was told that they had found my phone. When I got home I found that the clip holding the memory card was missing and a piece of paper was put on top of memory card to keep it in place. I had to take the phone back to have the clip rto be replaced. I asked aaron for his managers number and was told he cannot give it out I latter phonend daniel and he gave me a number. I called the number 3 times and each time I got \the subscriber you have dialed is not avaliable". I must just add this is not the first time that I have had a problem with daniel with repairs to a phone."""
