Terrible service

<p> I purchased an LG G5 se from the Chatz Cellular at the Liberty Midlands Mall in December in 2016. The phone I received was supposed to have come with an "LG care package" which included a screen guard and a cover for the device, and a top dog voucher which I did not receive. I was also promised a free screen repair within the first year of purchase from a sales representative from the store. I dropped my phone at a construction site and the screen was damaged, however the phone can still be used perfectly fine. I reported the issue to the store and to the Vodacom repair shop at the mall, and all that could be done was just a quote for the damage. I have been up and down the to Chatz Cellular and experienced the absolute worst service ever. I am still awaiting news from the store to let me know if my phone will be repaired or not free of charge. I have not made an issue about the fact that Chatz Cellular has ****** me because of the care package I did not receive, still 6 months after purchase. This is absolutely disgraceful and pathetic. I will not recommend this store to anyone due to the problems I have recently faced. I may have avoided a broken screen if I had a screen guard and cover for my device that was supposed to have been given to me by the store, which was stipulated in the contract. </p>
