Rude!!

Today we approached the Kloof branch of Chatz Connect to buy a memory card. We were at the door by 12.30. The young female assistant in the store shut the door in our faces (we were almost stepping through the door- could have banged our noses) and pointed to a sign on the door saying the store closed at 12.40 for lunch. I was shocked and retreated. A few seconds later I went back and knocked on the door pointing to my watch which said 12.30. The female just stood behind the counter, open mouth chewing gum, and stared belligerently back at us. This is not acceptable. Could she not have just said \sorry I am closing earlier today\" instead of literally shutting the door in our faces 10 minutes prior to the advertised closing time. Needless to say we will not support the shop again and will dfinetely be telling everyone about this. Courtesy does not cost anything, but discourtesy costs you customers. "
