Quick and easy upgrade

<p>I would like to commend Brandon Peters from Chatz Connections in N1 City for the great service i received with regards to my upgrade. I went to two Vodacom shops in Canal Walk and walked out, as the service i received was poor. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful... all glued to their phones, not worried about ME as the customer.</p> <p>I tried my luck at Chatz, walked into the store and was greeted by a lovely gentleman who sat me down and went through all my options. He was friendly, helpful and very professional.</p> <p>Although he is only in the industry for 3 months, he is a real asset to the company - got people s****s and great with customers. I definitely walked out of the store - A SATISFIED customer.</p> <p>Our customer service in general is disgusting in Cape Town, at least he proved me wrong.</p> <p>So keep up the good work Brandon :-)</p> <p> </p>
