Problem s with chatz vodacom

Hi I was on virgen mobile so I went on the 26of November and I took out a top up contact by chatz vodacom at n1city so they ported the number that I had when I was on virgen mobile to vodacom and first it was off till the 10th of desember and so now I can phone out but I can now only receive other network calls but not from vodacom and if vodacom number call it say the *** number you dialed does not exist but so no I did send a mail to the ceo in Johannesburg... I pay something that's not working properly and I can't even send sms or receive sms
