Poor Service product not delivered

<p>Chatz Vodacom sold a product to me on 20 June and processed on 24 June. Up to date no product was delivered. Vodacom is charging me for that product deducting my money on the 29th July 2016, how can you take my money for something i did not get. I've been phoning since 18 July for Vodacom to fix the problem till today problem not solved. I want you to cancel the contract that was not delivered to me. You are in breach of your own contract so according to me the contract is null and void. If vodacom takes my money on the 29th July i am going to my Bank to reverse that money. Its my money I work hard for my money I can not pay for something i did not receive. </p>
