Poor service from Chatz, Vodacom and Ram Couriers
Cellphone was damaged and needed to be repaired under the 24 month warranty from Vodacom. Took my cell in to my nearest store. It was sent to the main Store at Vodaworld. The Ram courier vehicle was hijacked. Rather unfortunate but not my concern. A new phone was authorised. It is now 7 weeks, being referred from pillar to post with no resolve and no replacement. Vodacom is still billing me though?
Really and truly disappointed in this service and dragging of their feet.
