Poor service

I am busy doing an upgrade fpr my daughter with a bundle deal . Your store at presibent hyper krugersdorp is giving me endless worries . The qoutation was sognrd last week with no one from the store that contact me if i do not phone nobody gets back to me . Evrey time you phone there is a new story i am fed up with this now .
