POOR

I have upgrade with the Black Friday Special on 15 Nov 2023 for 30MB line 600GB. Since 1 Dec 2023 when it came into effect, I only got a speed up to 8MB. Have queried it with Vodacom ticket *** and they have made a note to reverse the upgrade as the package is faulty without penalties. I visited Vodacom Chats Waverley Plaza Pretoria – Chris now 3 times to no avail and do not want to help me to reverse the upgrade and replace it with another package even if customer care advised to do so. I do not have sufficient internet to run my business but Vodacom does not care about their customer of over 30 years.
