PATHETIC SERVICE!

<p>I helped my 86yr old mum to upgrade her tablet to a SAMSUNG.</p> <p>This is only a independent franchise in Key West Shopping center.</p> <p>If I only knew...!!</p> <p>The tablet was not compatible to the game she wants to play although we TOLD them that she only uses it for games!</p> <p>On the same day I phoned them but they NEVER phoned back!</p> <p>After few emails I still haven't heard from them!!</p> <p>My sister took it back but walked in at the REAL Vodacom.</p> <p>They kindly upgraded the tablet to be compatible.</p> <p>CHATZ STILL HASN'T BOTHERED TO RESPOND!</p> <p>What if this tablet gives further problems...???</p> <p>VODACOM MUST ADDRESS THEM!!</p>
