only promises- horrible service

<p>want to place a complaint. my name is Thinus. In June 2015 i went for my vodacom contract upgrade. the upgrade was done by Helen(Mapula). the upgrade was on the samsung A3 gold. there was a samsung watch included in the deal. what i never recieved. went back a couple of times and they tell me theres no stock on the watch. asked them to make a plan. its now a couple of months that passed and still nothing. they even gave me the owner Farazaan's number to phone. went back this week to go and hear whats going on. he was supposed to phone me back wednesday allready and im still waiting. this is the most unsaticefying service i ever experienced.</p>
