No response - assistance

This is a follow up complaint from the original that I logged on the 26 January. <br> The contracts were amended to what it should have been in the first place but no one from the branch has contracted me regarding the R3500 refund that is due to me. I have sent numerous emails with no reply, and no response when I phone.<br> Bronwyn if you can please assist again with this complaint.<br>
