New contracts signed but STILL NO SERVICE

We signed two new Vodacom contracts at Chatz Lemon Tree on Saturday, 25 July. We were told that the tablet was not available but would there at the end of the following week, i.e. 31 July. It is now the 5th of August, still no tablet and no Vodacom service - and as expected, no communication from Chatz regarding! This is ridiculous and really bad service. CHATZ - I don't think so as with this company there are NO CHATS!!!
