Misinforming customers

I wanted to purchase the Vodacom Kicka 4 on Prepaid (3 GB data included). I went to Chatz in Arconpark, Vereeniging, and was told that they did not have stock. Chatz, Arconpark, referred me to the Vodacom shop in Three Rivers, assuring me that this shop had the same deals as Chatz. When I went to the Vodacom shop, I was told that Chatz is a third party and Vodacom did not have the same deals. So Chatz in Arconpark are either badly informed or they deliberately wasted my time.
