Lack of Customer Service from Robertson branch
Dear Chatz Cellular,
I am still awaiting feedback from a WhatsApp I sent to my local Chatz Cellular store on 31 August 2022. I requested quotes on a new phone, laptop and contract changes. The reply I received from this store on 1 September 2022 @ 09:26 was "Good day are you from Robertson?". I rep**** @ 17:43 "Yes".
I have not heard a peep from this store since then. Their location is great, but customer service like this is not.
I do not expect a reply, as I have bought my goods elsewhere in the meantime. It may just be something you need to follow up on internally. You and this branch have lost out on a potential sale/s in the meantime.
