Investigate a contract & Unauthorized debit - Chatz Cellular and Vodacom!!!
Chats cellur activated a contract on my ID number. I did not sign up for anything with them. Next thing I am getting an email confirming parcel from vodacom has been delivered at an address I know nothing about! On the 7th of July my bank account is debited for this??? What verification are in place when an account is activated? Must be some ***** happening!!! I need this urgently resolved.

I need a ***** investigation on this. I would like to know what verification steps were taken in verifying the submitted documentation.
I have called the courier company and have received a name of person who received the parcel.

We have tried calling but going to voicemail.
Upon further investigation, the alleged contract was actually not done by Chatz at all but another company with which we are not affiliated in any way. We have forwarded your details and info to the relevant people who will assist you.
