Identity theft and Chatz Vodacom

My personal details and profile was used to open up a vodacom contract at a Chatz cellular store in Wilrogate Johannesburg, I am from Cape Town. I filed this identity theft in December 2020 and up till today nothing had happened to stop the monthly deduction of money coming from my account. I went to the police station for a second time to get a written affidavit because they fail to assist me the first time around.
