I was told no refund will be done to me even if i explain to them that i didnt ask for that product.

I went to this Chatz Greenstone on Tuesday 23/01/2018,I ask the lady by the name of Mandisa about Hauwei P10 lite and she told me they have and its on special for R249 per month on 24 months contract,because I always like the phone and I have been with Vodacom for a long time I filled the forms and the contract was approved,while filling the forms Mandisa came with 2 cellphone pouches and ask me which one do I like,i said I prefer the black one because I thought is part of the contract package,she put a screen protector on my phone while I was there and gave me my phone and cellphone purse,she started calculating .she then told me to pay I just took out my card and pay and I did not know I am paying for things I didn't ask for,i only realise when I get home that the description on the slip doesn't say anything about contract,i then went to the store on Wednesday 24/01/2018 to explain my findings and Mandisa called the arrogant lady who told me they wont refund me I can decide whether I take something for that value in the shop.i told them I don't want anything and that so called manager or Supervisors just walk away from us and say I will deal with Mandisa because she is not refunding,i also left the store and the pouch with Mandisa without getting a refund.
