I want my phone or my money

Hi im not sure what to do anymore I bought a I phone in 2016 on contract and the LCD damaged in 2017 I took the phone in for repairs n until today has never received my phone back. I went to the store numerous of times and was always told the phone isn't back Vodacom will phone me. I stopped payment on the phone due to me not having the phone my account was handed over demanding payment. On 11/03/2019 I went back again wanting my phone they went to take the phone out of a box in the store room still remaining with a damaged LCD. It was send in for repairs again after talking to the manager of the store at klerksdorp branch as i informed him i stopped payments.i was told again I will receive a phone call from Vodacom and I'm still waiting until today 03/07/2019. I had insurance on my phone. I'm very disappointed in Vodacom and want my money or either my phone
