On 26 October 2014, ***** suspect app**** for a contact using ********** documents. Consultant did not bother to verify the documents, which was clear that they are not real.<br> There was no correct proof of address, bank statement had spelling errors, salary slip was showing that it has been edited and to top it all <br> the application form was not completely filled with a lot of important missing information. At the end he got iPhone 6 128gig on my name. After finding<br> out where it was opened, I went there to get answers. I found out that consultant who opened the contract actually used another consultant login details. <br> And he did not look worried at all, the manager did not even talk to me. I only got help from Vodacom who struggled to get the document from Chatz Broadacres.<br> Since then I haven't heard from Chatz even though Vodacom managed to settle the case. I feel that they need to explain why this happened. Be very careful when you<br> do any business with Chatz Broadacres.
