Chatz Cellular Greenstone allowed a contract to be generated without my consent or relevant paper work such as ID document and Proof of address. When questioned I was met with excuses and a rude attitude stating it was accidental. How is this allowed I have several accounts with Vodacom and this has compromised my privacy and My rights regarding the POPI ACT. How was this allowed.

We are not aware of the detailed info currently and will look into the matter and provide feedback. When applying for contracts there are requirements and ID verification is one of them. We are compliant with the POPi act and this is not what has possibly happened here is it refers to sharing your information which we certainly do not do.
