Faulty phone not replaced as promised PATHETIC

Upon renewing of my cell contract, I received 2 phones from the company, one of which would not even turn on. I phoned the following day to try to rectify the issue, and the agent promised that they would contact me to replace the phone ( they are fully aware that the ONYX X50's are apparently problematic) within the next 2 day. NOTHING HAPPENED.<br> <br> I phoned again, and after insisting on speaking to a supervisor, I got through to Monique, which promised the same - within the next 2 days the phone will be replaced, and nothing has happened.<br> <br> Why give phones away when it is not working, and why make promises and not delivering on them?<br> <br> PATHETIC SERVICE
