Faulty Cellphone

I bought a Samsung J1 phone. On first use of the phone, the bluetooth is intermittent, the wifi is intermittent and the call quality is poor. I took this phone back to Chatz the following day to be told that they will be sending the phone to the supplier for repairs, which could take up to 2 weeks. Since then, I have been trying to use this phone, but it is still faulty. I use this phone for business purposes, so I cannot be without it, They would not let me but another more expensive phone as a replacement.
