Fantastic service

This is a review for the excellent service I received from Heather Boezak at Chatz Cellular in Fishoek. In the past two weeks I have on separate occasions left messages for Heather regarding different queries. Not only did she respond within the same day as said message, she resolved all my questions and requests, not just favourably but quick and effectively efficient. I was blown away by her fantastic, professional service. I’ve had some issues with Vodacom but Heather was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. She is an asset to the company! If I could, I would allocate her 1000 stars. It was a breath of fresh air to find such professional and friendly service. Thank you, Heather. You made my week!
