False trading hours and lazy staff

I just want to put this up with Vodacom Chatz at lakeside mall Benoni. Why state on your trading hours that you close at 17:00 on Saturdays but when a client arrives at 16:40 they get informed it’s too late cashups are done. I came there today 18th of July 2020 at 16:40 and sat outside as I read the protocol for Covid 19. Both guys had two customers and the store only allows two. Five minutes after I arrived one customer left but no one came to attend to me until it was 16:55 then this guy comes and says we already cashed up and you are late. I told him I come far man and I even called before coming to this store. I had come to upgrade and now I’m leaving Vodacom.

The laziness in the staff you have there is sickening.
