I want to share my experience with Chatz Connect Vodacom in Robertson, and, in particular, with the service we received from Lisa. I was looking for wireless internet after I had a bad experience with MTN. I called Chatz Connect Vodacom in Robertson, Westen Cape, and a lady with the name of Lisa answered and was very helpful. I explained my situation to her, and she offered to lend me a router to test for a few days. I only had to buy a sim card. When I arrived at Vodacom in Robertson, the router and sim card was already in a parcel ready to collect. Lisa went the extra mile to help her customer with the best service she could.
