Excellent Customer service.

<p>It was time for me to upgrade, and i was sceptic to go to a chatz cellular store, because of my bad experience with Chatz Cellular Gezina, but i decided to give Chatz Cellular Jacaranda a chance. And i am not dissapointed. I was recived in a friendly manner, and the consultant who assisted me, Shaun was friendly and professional at all times, he communicated with me the whole time, and didnt try to sell me something i dont want. He went out of his way to ensure that i was happy and my needs were met. My old phone broke on monday, and i phoned Jackaranda Chatz cellular to find out when my new phone would be ready, and Shaun answered the phone and said it would have been ready that same day. and not long after that i was told that i could pick it up. Shaun is truly an asset to that company, and we really need more of him in this world.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you very much, keep up the good wor****</p>
