Disappointed

<p>I purchased R299?worth of data from chatz cellular store in festival mall shop no. 84. The gentleman at the counter uploaded it for me on a SIM card that I hardly use. Not knowing that SIM cards expire after a while of not using it, of co**** I had a problem when trying to log on to the internet. I phoned the store on the very same day, and they told me my SIM was excpired. Surely, thought he's system should not have allowed him to upload data to an expiry SIM card? They told me I had to do a swim swap in order for them to transfer the data to the new sim, which I had done, but my data was never transferred. When I went back to the store the next day, they told me that unfortunately iv now lost that data and there's nothing that can do as it was not there fault! They have ****** me of R299 ! I am not impressed and will never go back to that store again!!!! Day light *******!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>marina</p>
