defective hardware and software on new samsung s8+

<p>i purchaced the new samsang s8+ on 2017-05-16 with very high expectations after seeing the product described on dstv and social media.i purchached the hanset,gorilla screen protector and hihg end samsung case for the combined amount of R 19000.00.</p> <p>FROM THE START I EXPERIENCED SLOW SOFTWARE AND WEAK PERFORMANCE IN THE HANDSET.according to me i took excellent care of my new device and never dropped or mishandled the phone in any manner.the phon might have dropped on a 3 cm carpet which splintered the gorilla grip and broke the right hand corner of the screen without damage to the expencive casing?the screen froze and the personel at chatz suggested to me a colonel in the police that if they-vodacom dont repair the phone within 21 days they will just load the phone on a phoney contract and claim a new phone from there -*****.i handed my phone in for repair on 27/06/2017. model sm-g955fzdaxfv make-samsungimei nr ********** ********** 9 and received an sms from vodacom repairs centurion tel ********** 908 to except a repair cost of R5501.10 within 2 days-job nr ********** 9.i am very disapointed with the product and i asked if some handsets land on the market with defects and he rep**** affirmative.along with the potential ***** option that was presented to me i request the regional manager humbly to investigate and provide me with a new handset-samsung s8+as soon as possible and to contact me personally to settle the matter or i will be forced to take the matter up with a attorney and the police to settle the matter.your favourable responce is awaited-------signed colonel ci rademeyer</p>
