Chatz Connect Vodacom sim problem

There we go again with chatz connect,i dont know why i always fall into their trap,A lady phoned me and say my contract is expiring and wanted to know if i want to upgrade,I told her i dont want phone but rather a laptop,she said the laptop will be 279 per month with 2gb of data every month.When i receive the laptop on the 10/9/2019 i phoned them about the sim card because there was nothing in the package,they told me i have to use the same sim card that i was using because data will go into that sim card,I tried to explain to them that i dont want data to go into my sim as i didnt want to upgrade in the first place because i expirienced lot of problems during the 24 months i had this contract.I keep on phoning them and every time i phone they promise to call back after 30 munites but they never did,i have been phoning since Tuesday and they seem to ignore my request.I will drop the laptop and the rooter at the nearest Chatz connect because i dont want to go through heartache again.What is that difficult to transfer that data to a new sim.They have already debited my account with the figure for new contract but there was no 2GB i was promised when they phone,I tired about Vodacom and i intending to port to better network.
