Chatz Cellular store_Ferndale on Republic

I visited Chatz Cellular store in Ferndale on Republic and was assisted by Zane. During my visit I witnessed first hand how a member of the public unfairly verbally abused one of the staff members and I was totally gobsmacked, but the particular staff member handled the situation with patience and professionalism. Zane was the assistant who not only sorted out a problem I could not sort out with Vodacom for years, but he was friendly and helpful. He told me that my goods will arrive on a certain day and he would contact me, and he did! I returned to the shop to complete my transaction and everything was ready and went smoothly. I interacted with the other shop assistants, as well as the manager and they were all fantastic. I will go back there and truly recommend this Chatz Cellular store above many Vodashop's I have visited in the past. Thanks Zane and staff for your exception service!
