Chatz Cellular RED HOT OFFER

<p>On Saturday 8/7/2017 I visited the Chatz Cellular branch in Tyger Valley to enquire about the RED HOT Chatz OFFER of the SAMSUNG GALAXY TREND NEO advertised for R599 in their brochure of 7 July - 7 August and was told that there were none in stock. On Monday 9/7/2017 I visited the branch again and asked how many of these were in stock on the day of the offer (7 July) as I found it strange that within 2 days the stock would be sold out. I was told that the branch received NONE and was still waiting for stock. Although the advert mentions LIMITED STOCK , surely the brochure of the branch should mention SELECTED BRACHES only if some branches were not to receive stock. I asked if they could chekc whether any other branches had stock but was told that they could not check online and that I had to phone the other branches myself. This sounded quite weird as CHATZ, claiming to be VODACOM'S largest reseller should surely have online checking facilities?</p> <p>I left my name and number and was told that they would phone me if and when stocks arrive. I was phoned a few days ago from someone at the Tygervalley branch to inform me that no stocks were available - she was not even aware of the email of complaint I sent to her head office.</p> <p>I find this state of affairs and unsatsfactory and this amount to misleading advertising.
