Chatz Cellular Oudtshoorn - No Card Payments Possible

I pay my monthly Vodacom bill at Chatz Cellular in Oudtshoorn. During the KKNK this year I went to pay my accounts there as usual. I was informed they hoped I was paying with cash as their card machine had been out of order for three weeks. How useless can a company get? It doesn't even care that a branch can't trade properly during a money-spinning period such as the KKNK. I expect them to go into bankruptcy sooner rather than later.
