Chatz cellular and Vodacom's aweful service!!

Can I tell yu about the disgusting service that I have received from Chatz Cellular and Vodacom in the past 2 months??

On the 20th of November 2018 I received a call from Chatz cellular saying they are calling on behalf of Vodacom and offering me a "Black Friday" special since I was due for an upgrade. I liked the offer and accepted it, I was told that my devices (Laptop and Router) would be delivered to me within a week. A week went by and I phoned Vodacom to find out what's happening with my delivery, Firstly I had to hold for an entire hour, then the service there after was just disgusting since I was sent from Pillar to post.

I decided to give them another week, I called again Mid December and the Vodacom consultant said she had confirmed with Chatz and I will be receiving my order the next week. That week went by too, holidays began and even ended without me receiving a call for delivery. I just called again today to find out what is going on, the number that I am being put through which apparently is Chatz's is unavailable.

The most disturbing part about all of this is that my account has already been debited for these devices that I don't even have.

If you would like peace of mind, stay away from Chatz cellular and Vodacom, they offer the worst after sales service EVER!!!!!!
