Chatz are pathetic

Not open during load shedding : staff sitting around doing nothing yet close exactly at 5 pm and not willing to assist .Really: have they not heard of the new invention : it's called an inverter. I had to buy one for my business !! We are always prepared to help customers even if they arrive at closing time. Their customer service and the attitude of staff stink !!
