Cancel Vodacom Contracts

I would like to leave a formal complaint regarding vodacom and the store. Chatz Waverley. Cherise de Beer assisted my father in law with a cancelation. The consultant in the cancelations department refused to cancel the contract. This was now in April on the 19th. Last week Friday we receive a call from a Curtis James who claim he will assist us with the cancelation. He did cancel one contract but there is still one outstanding that needs to be cancelled.
