bad services after 3months

i took out a contract in DEC 2015, the guy who helped me put me on the wrong contact!! he told me that they will refund my money. they debt my account twice!! and no refund was made!! my boyfriend called in and they said they will refund it in 3days but nothing was in my account. when i go into the store the manager knows my name and know the problem!! <br> she took down my details many times but never called me about it. i send her my bank statement but YET NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!!<br> the last time i went into the store the second in charge told me that they stil waiting for information. the same day she called me to confirm my banking details but YET nothing has happened!! its been more the 3weeks now and more then 3months that i have been waiting for this!!
